While Auditor is in beta there's nothing to choose and nothing to pay. Install it and the log starts.

Included right now
Installing asks for read scopes only. Auditor never writes to your store.
If Auditor ever stops being free, or the price of any plan changes, we tell every installed store at least 30 days before it takes effect — by email to the store owner and by a banner inside the app. No plan starts charging you automatically: a paid plan only begins after you approve it through BigCommerce's own billing screen.
If and when that day comes
The order matters here — nothing further down the list can happen before the step above it.
No paid plans exist. Nothing is scheduled, and no store has a card on file with us.
This page changes first, with the full price list and what sits in each plan. The date it takes effect is on it.

Pricing questions
No. Charges on BigCommerce apps only start after you approve a plan on the store's billing screen. If you approve nothing, nothing is billed.
Until the stable release, and we haven't fixed a date. What is fixed is the notice: 30 days before anything about pricing changes for your store.

Your existing log data will be handled according to the retention and deletion terms that apply at the time. If export options become available, they will be communicated before any related changes take effect.
During the beta, the available logging and filtering features are provided without a paid-plan requirement. Additional features, including alerts and data export, are planned for future releases.
It's used to provide the logging functionality and keep the app running. We don't sell or share your store's log data or use it to train models. The privacy statement is the binding version.
Auditor starts recording the moment it's installed. It can't recover what happened before that.
